Youth Guard of Enviroment protection

It is LOP's sub-organisation, consisting mainly of young (under 18) pupils. Their main task is to watch the local enviroment. The patrols are searching and localizing illegal dumps and landfills, sewers and all signs of enviroment degradation, such as illegal wood cutting. After finding one of the things mentioned above, they take photos of them, then mark them on maps and send those maps to local press and/or institutions of enviroment protection. Imagine finding your illegal dump placed near your house photographed in a local newspaper... embarassing, isn't it? And then the inspection comes to find out what your really do... This is very effective.
